Driftwood lot 170419B – flat driftwood. Well, not totally flat. Just a lot more rectangular and flat than for example a long thin round driftwood “stick”.
driftwood lot 170419B – small and chunky
Driftwood lot 170419B – thick bark. Well, at least we think it’s a piece of thick bark.
Driftwood lot 170419B – thick bark flipped. Whatever it is, bark or not, this is the same piece as in the previous photo, flipped over.
Driftwood lot 170419B – face. Do you see the face in the driftwood? Well, a whole side of a head actually, not just a face. It looks like some kind of animal. Perhaps a streamlined bear, or a dog? Nose and slightly open mouth at the left of the driftwood photo. See the eye at the top and the long ears (or ear) flat at the top, as if the animal is fleeing for it’s life! (or running playfully).
driftwood lot 170419B – small thick piece
Driftwood lot 170419B – upright. This photo taken from a different angle to help you imagine how these particular pieces in this photo (part of the lot) would look used in an upright (vertical) position rather than horizontally.
Order driftwood in South Africa from us! The pieces are collected on beaches in or near East London in South Africa by just the two of us. And stored wherever we can at our small home, in the garden in metal baskets along our fence, and once photographed and the photos resized and uploaded to our site, then stored inside wherever we can find place. It’s a lot of work, but we do believe our driftwood prices are reasonable.
This driftwood lot 170419B is already SOLD.
